With us from conceptualization to launch.

In 2024, we participated in the conceptualization and launch of a building in a strategic area of Madrid, composed of 31 tourist apartments with common areas such as reception, parking, gym, and chillout terrace.

 

Our involvement ranged from construction to operational launch. This building now serves as a base for the company, as new procedures and an operational manual were established, achieving scores in the first 6 months of 9.4/10 on Booking.com and 4.9/5 on Google Maps.
